95% of all media composers were formerly composer’s assistants. Here are 12 golden rules in becoming an assistant based on my own terrible mistakes. You composers don’t get off though I’ve also included 5 golden rules for composers with assistants and one of them is “don’t kill your assistant”. Anything I’ve left out?
