Theodore Chaikin "Ted" Sorensen was President John F. Kennedy’s special counsel, adviser, and legendary speechwriter. President Kennedy once called him his “intellectual blood bank.”
Sorensen was President Kennedy's primary speechwriter, the role for which he is best remembered.
