It has really been getting colder here in South Africa, and so the layers do add up, but of course they disappear through class the more we work. But I'm sure you spotted the necessaries, leotard and tights, in that first look, and then the layers pile on top of that so I walk into the studio with a bit of warmth before the class warm-up starts.

This is an open adult class, so hence the black tights 😉 and it's just for me. It's one thing to train and rehearse for a project or show, which can be more intense. And then another thing to have this class for myself, to work on technique, strength, control, whatever I may need that day. So my one piece of advice after this.. find this for yourself, a class where it is for the enjoyment and not only the work, or the project or the goal. Because it keeps the dancing special...okay, speech done 😅
