The REAL REASON NIO IS UP - NIO News and LEAKS - NIO Stock Price Prediction

In this video I am going to be over why NIO went down this week and why I have tripled my position in NIO. I am going to be giving you my bull case and reviewing all the catalysts for NIO as-well as some leaks from the company and new contracts within NIO. I will also explain the future of NIO!! So, the Nio stock price this week took a bit of a beating. After opening on Monday at $54.24, the Nio stock price took a nosedive and actually dipped below $40 per share briefly. This week's Nio stock trend is a far cry from what we Nio investors experienced throughout last month. Now, while it can be disheartening to see the gains we had begin to diminish it's important to keep in mind why Nio stock is down this week.

First, Nio stock is down this week for a few reasons with the first being as simple as people taking profits. It wasn't all that long ago that Nio stock was trading at $18, which would mean that once Nio stock hit $54 those who got in at that price point had already experienced 200% gains. That right there is enough to call it a day for some people, and I completely understand that.

Second, with the ongoing drama surrounding the potential delisting of Chinese stocks, people are starting to get shaky hands, and compile those rumours with the short-seller article that came out about Kandi Technologies, the Chinese EV stocks were bound to take a beating!

Finally, it's n secret that nio stock, xpev stock and li stock tend to mirror each other. On Thursday, an analyst from UBS came out and downgraded XPEV stock, and then on Friday Li Auto announced an offering of additional shares which became available at 10% less than the company was trading at the time. So, these two companies receiving "bad news" ultimately meant that Nio stock continued to go down.

So, what will nio stock do next week? That's a hard question to answer if I'm being completely transparent. If the drama surrounding the potential Chinese delisting stocks along with the Kandi allegations continue to be news, then we could see Nio stock re-test support levels below $40. However, if those news pieces start to fade, I believe nio stock will go up next week, on it's way to re-testing $48 levels which I see as acting as a resistance for Nio stock of late.

If we look at Nio stock from a technical standpoint, we see that Nio stock is approaching "oversold" territory according to the Relative Strength Index. If NIO stock goes down below $40 I will be buying more heavily into Nio as I feel that anything under $40 is a bargain for Nio stock next week and beyond.

This is the best stocks to buy now with a solid NIO stock price update. The NIO stock price prediction is having a major correction at this point and should be close to a floor in my opinion. I do see the NIO stock price as one that is great for a long term run, but has run up in price...thus increasing the short term risk of the stock.
