A serious land-grabbing scandal has sparked massive outrage among the residents of Chunchuluru village in the Marripadu Mandal of Nellore district. Local reports reveal that despite losing power, certain YSRCP leaders are allegedly continuing illegal land encroachments, targeting a valuable 10-acre government-owned cattle pond land situated under Survey Number 205.

The issue came to light when heavy machinery was deployed to uproot fully grown trees on the government property to pave the way for illegal construction. Shocked by this, villagers discovered that YSRCP leaders Karlaguta Suresh Reddy and Ketha Prasad Reddy, both belonging to Duttalur Mandal, allegedly created fake land pattas (title deeds) to fraudulently convert the state-owned property into their private asset. Defying the illegal occupation, furious Chunchuluru villagers staged a protest on the ground, demanding immediate intervention from district revenue and police officials to cancel the fake documents and safeguard the public land.
