This is the new BMW 330e, join us for our first look and drive of the newly revised highly successful mid sized PHEV Saloon.
As a petrol head we are living in troubled times, with more aggressive CO2 targets being set by the government the future of the internal combustion engine is looking bleak. But could we have a saviour? Could the hybrid be the petrol heads salvation? Join us as we explore the new BMW 330e to find out whether it is still the ultimate driving machine.
The new 330e features a 2.0 litre four cylinder twinpower turbo petrol engine at the front and a bank of batteries in the rear. With a combined power output of just under 300 HP the 330e is no slouch! But does this new hybrid still drive like the ultimate driving machine?
