Building Serverless Data Analytics Pipeline on AWS - AWS Online Tech Talks

Onboarding new data or building new analytics pipelines in traditional analytics architectures typically requires extensive coordination across teams which are slow and complex. By leveraging AWS Serverless technologies, you can rapidly and interactively build Data Lakes and Data processing pipelines to ingest, store, transform, and analyze petabytes of structured and unstructured data from batch as well as streaming sources, all without needing to manage any storage or compute infrastructure. In this tech talk, we will first discuss a layered, component-oriented Logical Architecture of modern Analytics platforms and then present a Reference Architecture for building Serverless Data platform that includes Data Lake, Data processing pipelines, and Consumption layer that enable a variety of ways to analyze the data in Lake without moving the data (including BI dashboarding, Exploratory Interactive SQL, Big Data processing, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning).
