My first knee-down | FZR 600 [Raw Onboard | HQ Sound]

A good friend of mine recently bought a Yamaha FZR 600. It's a real beauty with those round twin headlights and it has a gorgeous custom airbrush paintjob all over it. Otherwise it's totally stock. Apart from the blacked out windscreen, which is horrible, in my honest opinion. He allowed me to do my first ever knee-down practice with it and I have to say, once you get used to the speed through the corners and the grip of the tires it isn't all that hard. Tho, I still have to practice my hangoff a bit, so I can reliably get into a comfortable position that works well. The bike had a pretty old Bt014 up front so I still took it quite easy since I had no idea in what condition that front tire was and unfortunately I only had limited time on the bike (of which you can mostly see in this video), but it was still great fun.
