Christmas With Me - Part Two
Join me for Part Two of this Christmas Special where I show you how to make your own Christmas Wreath, as well as a deliciously easy soup recipe.
I love Christmas Wreaths, I think they look so elegant on your front door for the whole world to see. I really wanted to make my own as I couldn’t find what I was looking for and the bigger ones can be very expensive. I decided to create my own wreath and I’m so pleased with how it turned out. My wreath turned out exactly how I imagined and only cost me the price of the wreath frame (£2.50)
I really enjoy cooking, and in particular, warming winter soups. I learnt to cook by making soups and think it is the best way to improve your skills and how to put flavours together. This soup is healthy, vegan, and delicious.

For the soup you will need:
1 LARGE CAULIFLOWER - CUT INTO SMALL FLORETS
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
SEA SALT FLAKES
1 MEDIUM WHITE ONION - CHOPPED
1 LEEK - CHOPPED
1 TBSP BASIL PESTO
1 TBSP WHOLEGRAIN MUSTARD
1 LEMON
2 VEGETABLE STOCK CUBES
2 TABLESPOONS OF COCONUT MILK
500 ML VEGETABLE STOCK
