How I Met My Husband - DRAW MY LIFE

Hello :) today I'm doing a "draw my life" style of video.

I wanted it to have a lot of meaning to us personally, so I drew moments of my life that lead to me finding Tom ^__^

- I grew up isolated in Springfield Missouri, Tom grew up in Southampton England

- Figure Skating was a big part of my life, but also resulted in me having a difficult time making friends in school, and eventually mutism

- I joined orchestra because my family had a violin, and ended up with my friend group I remained with throughout my schooling.

- Shelby (a friend in my group) showed us Hank Green's video, and got us into Youtube.

- Youtube wasn't as mainstream back then, and I had slow internet, so if it weren't for Shelby I most likely would not be a youtuber now, I would have stayed on my medicine career path.

- I decided to do Youtube and make art videos, and gained confidence in my art

- I went to Vidcon with Paulina, and discovered my obsession with Disney, also made plans for future Vidcons

- Couldn't afford the animation school I wanted to go to, so I took a year off from school

- Went to Vidcon 2013, where I met Evan Edinger and we became friends

- Took a month long trip to England with my brother Mark

- Evan lived in England and invited me to Loading to hang out

- Evan introduced me to Tom

- Tom did Youtube himself and had an event called Summer in the City

- Tom asked me to be his girlfriend with a Pokemon plush, told me he loved me with a Pokemon card, and asked me to marry him with a Poké ball and Tangled themed engagement ring.
