Canning Dill Pickles - Easy recipe for sweet dills

Sweet Baby Dill Pickle Recipe! A easy recipe to follow and a family favourite to eat. This sweet and savoury pickle is always delicious with a sandwich or a burger! Also makes a wicked good garnish for a Caesar or Bloody Mary!

In each pint jar place:
1/2 tsp pickling salt
1 tsp pickling spice
1 or 2 sprigs of fresh dill
pack full of cucumbers and pour cooled brine over top before sealing and canning in a water bath

Brine:
3 cups vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
