[SOLVED] has beamng.drive finally lost support for older cpu's? [CHECK DESCRIPTION]

[I HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM! I verified the files using steam and it seems to have fixed it. If you’re having the same problem as me try it out yourself]

I NEED YOUR HELP!!!
as shown in the video, i have an old (but good) cpu from 8ish years ago. it has ran beamng drive perfect (i admit at the lowest settings possible) with no graphical bugs at all so i wonder if the new update has ruined it?

edit to add: i have checked the error code btw and it says to update graphics drivers. well, you see, my laptop hasnt had an actual new driver update for it since 2017 and i have double checked i have the latest drivers sooo... :'(
maybe its the fact that WINDOWS WONT UPDATE MY LAPTOP I SWEAR ITS SO ANNOYING

IMPORTANT CONTEXT:
this started happening a week or two ago (i think an update after 0.30) so it wasnt (to my experience) anything to do with the new cars or extended map or anything like that but i could possibly be very wrong about that assumption
