My Homemade (cold and hot) Smoker Part 1

I have been making jerky for years, but about 3 years ago I decided to look into smoking my jerky. I watched several YouTube videos and ended up building this one based on those videos. I love it. I have smoked hundreds of pounds of both beef and deer in it. I chose not to use plywood because I didn't want the glues to find their way into the smoke. I like the looks and functionality of it.
