Sony XQD vs Sandisk Extreme Pro compact flash, speed test

An amended version of my previous video, now adding a split screen to show the speed advantage of XQD over the very fast Sandisk Extreme Pro compact flash card.

The XQD card can write 72 RAW files and clear the buffer 2 seconds faster than it takes the Sandisk Extreme Pro (one of the fastest compact flash cards on the market) to clear the D4 of 63 RAW files. Whilst this may not seem much, don't forget not only has the XQD card written 9 extra RAW files, but with those two extra seconds you could take another 22 images! Very impressive. I certainly hope XQD is here to stay!
