Review of the 3F UL Backpack 35L - a budget ultralight backpack by the Chinese ultralight outdoor gear brand 3F after 4 months of use.

I wanted to check out 3F's new ultralight backpack because the 3F Lanshan tent has served me very well over the past 2 years and offered really good value for money, and I wanted to find out if the 3F UL XPAC Backpack is another good buy.

I purchased the backpack in the medium size for the body and large for the hip belt. The size medium fits me well and I wear between a size small and medium in the Osprey sizing. The large hip belt is too big for me, but the straps are forgiving and can still be fully tightened, just with a lot of slack.

The backpack in size medium weighs 639g, and the hip belt in size large an additional 208g. The backpack weight that I quoted includes the weight of the frame which is 79g, meaning the bag body itself weighs 560g whilst the total package comes in at 547g. This is not the lightest, but this is also the most comfortable bag I've used.
