2 lb beef cubes fine diced- Diced Caldillo De Pulpa
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 of a chopped onion
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
salt
black pepper
Queso Oaxaca
