More cases of COVID-19 vaccine-related deaths being investigated

The National Immunisation Safety Expert Committee has given the assurance that COVID-19 vaccine-related deaths are not being covered up.
Investigations into 29 suspected cases concluded that none of the deaths were caused by the vaccines.
Meanwhile, the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority has confirmed that more cases are being investigated.
