由細到大去餐廳食飯,我都喜歡點凱撒沙律,其口感爽脆,酸甜開胃,作為前菜非常適合。不過正宗的凱撒沙律汁,原來是黃色,不是白色!無錯,Big Boy 也是被騙多年後才發現,這個謎思相信也考起不少人,影片內將會為大家帶來凱撒沙律汁的正宗做法。

基本材料:
羅馬生菜 2棵
麵包 ½條
初榨橄欖油 2湯匙
煙肉 2片
巴馬臣芝士粉 適量

凱撒沙律汁:
蛋黃 2個
檸檬 ½個
初榨橄欖油 4湯匙
鯷魚醬 1茶匙
糖 10克
鹽 1撮
蒜 2瓣
芥末 1茶匙

Caesar Salad is one of my favourite salads. Every time when I sit down in a restaurant my finger would point straight to Caesar Salad. However, It took me some years to figure out that the authentic Caesar Salad dressing is not white in colour. Instead, it should be yellow! You are going to love how simple this really is and the savoury flavour is going to WOW you!

Basic Ingredients:
Romaine Lettuce 2 pcs
Baguette ½ pc
Extra V. Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Bacon 2 slices
Parmesan Cheese to taste

Salad Dressing:
Egg Yolk 2pcs
Lemon ½ bulb
Extra V. Olive Oil 4 tbsp
Anchovy Paste 1 tsp
Sugar 10g
Salt a pinch
Garlic 2 cloves
Mustard 1 tsp
