Disney Fantasy Returning to Port Canaveral 05-20-17. After leaving Castaway Cay the Disney Fantasy experienced a mechanical issue that caused the ship to arrive late to Port Canaveral which meant a very rare daytime return to port. The ship stayed in port as repairs were made and the next cruise passengers boarded. They did not leave until shortly after 11 pm.
