Can it be restored? Left for dead in a bucket of rainwater Mr Bozo tried his best to destroy this chuck. Lets see if we can bring this chuck back from the dead and breathe some new life into it. We are using WD40 Rust remover soak and some American elbow grease. I think you will be pleased with the results.
