Spin Clean added static noise to good vinyl how do I fix it

Spin Clean added static noise to good vinyl how do I fix it?

It did fix some pops, granted, but the "silent bits"between to opening guitar chords, seems noisier with static..? Well to me it does, I've tried several things to fix it but the static remains (although it may be diminishing gradually).

Did I use recommended amount of Spin Clean fluid? Yes

Were brushes rinsed and cleaned in water after last use? Yes

Did I wash this record first before any dirtier records? Yes

Once I noticed the static did I try washing in just distilled water only with nothing else added? Yes

I tried cleaning with static spray, and using carbon fibre brush before playing.. Stylus is clean... Any suggestions on how to get rid of the static?
