HI GORGIES!!! Welcome back to my channel, In today’s video we are getting into a little scandal and doing a Morphe Artistry Palette Battle - Jeffree Star Vs. James Charles. Now in the past these 2 beauty guru’s have had their share of drama in the beauty community and with each other but today’s video is not about that! Today’s video is all about the makeup and the eyeshadow palettes. Over the last week I’ve heard people comparing the Jeffree Star and James Charles Palette’s to each other and saying how some of the shades are “the same” well let me tell you that couldn’t be further from the truth! Now are the similar yes some shades in the neutrals / browns are similar but the are far from the same. In the Jeffree Star X Morphe Palette we dipped into: Lynn, Boss Angeles, Calabasas, Hi Dude and Fast Lane. In the James Charles X Morphe Palette we dipped into: Canvas, 10% off, Boutique, No Beans and Spooky… now spooky lived up to its name but not because of the color lol be sure to watch the video and see why. Overall I really enjoyed both the Jeffree Star Palette and the James Charles Palette; they both have great shades and work in their own way. What I love about Jeffree Star’s Palette is that his shades are not arranged chronological or in a schematic way and are in my opinion random for an advanced technique to keep us on our toes where as James Charles’ Palette appears to be more of a beginners palette. Schematized from light to dark and arranged with like shades for easy no thought looks, is that a bad thing no not at all but I personally prefer something that keeps me on my toes. Overall both Jeffree Star’s Palette and James Charles Palette are great and I’d recommend both to anyone that asked.
