Farmers Save Thousands! GST Reforms Benefit Agriculture

PM Modi explains how GST reforms are bringing huge savings for farmers.

Earlier, under Congress, buying a tractor would cost a farmer around ₹70,000 in taxes. After GST, this tax burden has been reduced.

Now, with the new GST structure:

Tractor: Save up to ₹40,000

Paddy transplanting machines: Save ₹15,000

Power tillers: Save ₹10,000

Threshers: Save ₹25,000

Many other agricultural tools now come with significantly lower taxes, giving a big boost to farmers and Indian agriculture.
