Seascape Photography | Using the Black Card

Finding new locations is always fun , when you roll up in the dark ,in the pouring rain with the windy gusting & you haven't really got the foggiest what you're going to find the next morning ...it's still fun . When the weather forecasters get it right & clear skies greet you in the morning the temptation is , for me at least , to roll over & go back to sleep 😂
I decided to use this trip as a scouting mission as the location has plenty of possibilities with the right sky & also to try my hand at the Black Card Technique . I've used it once before , many years ago & the Variable ND filter gave me the perfect excuse to try it again .Plus I wanted to see how the filter performed in the open.
