Every year, thousands of horses are crammed into tiny crates, loaded onto planes, and exported from Canada to Japan for slaughter—a terrifying, painful, and unnecessary journey. These gentle beings endure hours of stress, dehydration, and fear, all for profit.
Despite overwhelming public opposition, live horse exports continue, violating the basic standards of decency and animal welfare. But we have a chance to stop this.
