Side Split in 8 Minutes - Stretching

With this 8 minute side split routine you will achieve your splits in 1 day or up to 3 months. If you are close and have never tried PNF or isometric stretching before, you may be able to do get your side split in the first 8 minutes. But don't get hung up on the idea of doing it in one day! Be patient and be ready to do this routine 3 times a week for up to 3 months. Always warm up and do both front split routines before you start the side split routine. "Some Pain" is normal as long as you can control it with slow breathing. Sharp pain is NOT good and means that you should stop. And don't worry, the part with the hips is just a joke :) Don't bounce and listen to your body. You can stretch every day or even multiple times per day, but do softer, more conventional routines with static stretches in your other workouts. If you feel sore and keep stretching too hard, you can actually lose flexibility again or hurt yourself. Do less sessions if you feel sore, and do more sessions if you feel flexible.
