In particular, I like how this song does something completely different to most other Shinigiwa tracks and that is the addition of chiptune sounds (I mean, Dracula had them, but STILL). Awesome track all around.

Also, despite me watching Hey Arnold! as a kid, I never got attached to the character of Dino Spumoni, so the reference flew over my head the first time. Whoops.
