Biko Tostado(Biko Dukot) | Very Easy and Simple | Hot kawali

I’m sharing this very easy recipe that I learned from my home province in the Philippines. Hope y’all like it. Also don’t forget to give it a thumbs up, subscribe, and share it with your friends!!

Ingredients:

(* all these measures are based on a rice cooker cup )

• 8 cup sweet rice( sticky rice )
• 4 cups of brown sugar
• 3 cans of coconut milk (400ml per can)
• 1 lemon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1tsp salt
• 4 cups of water

This recipe is not too sweet nor bland but you can always adjust it by your preference.

If you want it to be a little sweeter you can add 1-2 (rice cooker cups) of sugar
