Part of STACK's brand is not just a software solution, it's much more than that. We provide world-class white glove treatment, from just everyday interaction through our technical support team to hands-on making sure that all the concerns that our customers have are addressed.

So if there's something like, hey how do I make an arc or hey how do I do a certain takeoff or how do I create an assembly, there's videos for all that.

Also I would use the chat that they have, which it's actually great. STACK has a very easy contact button where you just send in the chat you just put it in and then they'll reply within about 24 hours or so and I've had to do that a couple of times and got an answer every time.

We will set you up with a customer success manager. That customer success manager is going to be your partner to make sure that you're getting the most value out of the software over time and really make sure that you're set up for success over the long term. Your customer success manager is going to set you up with training. We have lots of different formats for trainings: we have trainings that can be done one-to-one with a trainer where they'll get to know your business and really be able to help you get the best tips and tricks to be able to make you most successful. We also have twice a week small group trainings that you can work with other businesses and get to learn STACK or we also have video on demand that you can watch in your own time, your own flexibility: if you want to watch it early in the morning or later in the evening, you can do it in your own time and do it at your own pace and own style of learning.

Time is money for a lot of these construction companies and if they can get immediate help and support that's what we provide and that's what they really do appreciate.
