Yamaha launched a rather practical variant of the YZF R15 V3 last year, dubbed as the YZF R15S V3. Here’s how much it costs. Thankfully, this is one of the few Yamaha bikes which didn't undergo a price hike in February 2022.

Yamaha R15 Price in India:

The Yamaha R15 is priced at Rs 1,57,600 onwards for the base model. Meanwhile, the Racing Blue and Dark Knight colours retail at Rs 1,59,700 (all ex-showroom Delhi).

Yamaha R15 Features:

The R15 features a split LED headlight and a sharp and edgy bodywork for a sportier stance. It gets a fully digital instrument cluster with a shift light and a side stand engine cut-off switch (new for BS6). The Yamaha R15S V3.0 comes with an identical set of features as the split-seat variant, but gets a single-piece seat for added practicality.

Yamaha R15 Engine:

Powering the R15 V3 is a BS6-compliant, VVA-equipped 155cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor making 18.6PS at 10,000rpm and 14.1Nm at 8500rpm, 0.7PS and 0.6Nm less than the BS4 variant. It’s mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch.
