Chocolate Cake ~ Part 1: The cake layers

2 sticks of room temp butter
1/2 cup Crisco
3 cups of sugar
5 eggs room temp
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup milk
1 Tbls vanilla
1 tsp almond flavoring (I use 1/2 tsp)

Preheat oven to 325°
Mix together just like I do in the video

Bake for 25 minutes or until done
Ice the cake with my chocolate/coffee icing and enjoy!
