How I've Dealt With Loss Of Loved Ones

Hey awesome ones, I was thinking about how much I think of us here, in this community, as friends. We are people with similar paths and journeys. I was also thinking about how many of us are experiencing a slow loss of a loved one through Alzheimer's or how many of us have lost loved ones in the last couple of years. It occurred to me that I wasn't alone on this journey so I thought I would tell my stories of loss to you with hope that it may help. I would also encourage you to write your own feelings of loss or help in the comments to share with others. This is a topic many wouldn't want to talk about but the words came from my heart and I hope it helps. Although I have many women viewers over 50 and over 60, this video vlog could be of interest to anyone experiencing the loss of a loved one. Take care.
