How to make the most sparkly tulle wreath for Valentine's Day | EASY Dollar Tree DIY

You all know by now that I love a good holiday DIY. I found the cutest heart shaped wreath wire at Dollar Tree and I couldn't help myself. I HAD to make a Valentines Day wreath. It's been years since I have been covered in so much glitter. I've vacuumed several times and it's still all over my living room. We have had guests over and they all leave with pink glitter on them. Every. Time.
Very on brand for me.
This was my first attempt at making a tulle wreath and I wasn't sure how I felt about the results at first. The wreath has been hanging on my front door for a few weeks now and I think that I've decided that I like it! The glitter hearts from Hobby Lobby are what did it for me.
