The housing market in the United States is crazy right now. if you're in the market to buy a house or move from your current location, good luck!
Houses are selling faster than chocolate at the moment. And some people are already fearing that there will be another real estate housing market crash. I personally don't think this is likely because what happened in 2008 isn't exactly what's happening now. Let me explain.

The 2008 housing market crash was purely caused by greed and people being approved for loans they simply couldn't afford. What's currently driving the high demand and price hike in housing market is being driving by "the great migration" simply more people are moving out of bigger more expensive cities to settle somewhere more affordable.
