This famous actor's name is Muhammad Kutty Panaparambil Ismail. He is better known by his stage name Mammootty. Mammootty is an Indian actor and film producer. His career has spanned over five decades and he has acted in over 400 films in different languages. He is now 70 years old, but his recent pictures seem to be unbelievable. He looks fit as a fiddle and his age-defying looks and fit body have left everybody stunned. What is Mammootty's secret afterall to look so young even at this age? Take a look.

Mammootty has a personal chef whose name is Leneesh. He revealed that the secret behind Mammootty's looks is his diet. He has a lot of food restrictions. The food he likes the most is fish. He loves fish items that are cooked with little spices. He likes the Green chromide (karimeen), grey mullet (kanambu) and flathead grey mullet (thirutha). These fishes are some of his favourites. Mammootty is very particular about his food. He avoids oily or fired stuff. He likes to take stir fried veggies with minimal spice and Vegetable salad dressed with pepper powder are also taken along with this. Mammootty's breakfast consists of oats gruel, plus some pieces of papaya, eggs but only the egg whites and not the yolk and along with all this he'll eat 10 almonds that are soaked the previous day. For lunch, he doesn't eat rice. He usually has a fish preparation that is what he likes the most along with puttu made of oats. He doesn't eat any oily or deep fried items. In the evening, he doesn't eat much, only black tea and that's it. For dinner, Mammootty has dosas made of oats or wheat but not more than 3 dosas for a meal. With dosas he will have chicken curry that is made without any spices or he'll accompany it with a chutney. Another variation could be to have a curry preparation made of coconut milk. After that he usually has mushroom soup. Whichever place he is shooting, he won't eat any random food on the set other than his own food that is carried there.
