Recipe
Dry Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar (White or Brown)
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Walnuts or Pecans Chopped
*Whisk Together
Wet Ingredients
5 Ripe/Overripe Bananas Mashed
3/4 Cup Cooking Oil. Or 1 Stick & Half Butter. (Cream Butter/Sugar)
2 Eggs, Room Temperature
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3 Tablespoons Buttermilk
*Mix Wet Ingredients
*Add Dry to Wet & Mix until Incorporated. Don't Over Mix!
*Pour into Greased Loaf Pan
*Bake Preheated Oven 350 Degrees F for 1 hour. Test with Skewer stick.
