Interactive presentation found on the Ultrasound CD accompanying the Gravis Ultrasound sound card. All audio in this presentation is stored in the CDDA tracks of the CD so it can be played without a GUS card. File modification date of the presentation files says 1994.

The demo program is 16 bit so it doesn't run on 64bit Windows. This video was recorded with VirtualBox, Alcohol 52, UScreenCapture, Virtual Audio Cable and FFmpeg. The audio was captured and uploaded losslessly.
