Ben Macintyre discusses "Rogue Heroes: The History of the SAS, Britain's Secret Special Forces Unit That Sabotaged the Nazis and Changed the Nature of War" at the 2017 Library of Congress National Book Festival in Washington, D.C.

Speaker Biography: Ben Macintyre excels in a variety of writing fields. He is a columnist and associate editor for The Times of London, a reviewer and a historian. His books include "The Man Who Would Be King," "The Englishman's Daughter" and "Double Cross: The True Story of the D-Day Spies." His new book is "Rogue Heroes: The History of the SAS, Britain's Secret Special Forces Unit That Sabotaged the Nazis and Changed the Nature of War." Several of his books have been turned into documentaries, and his 2008 biography of the creator of Agent 007, Ian Fleming, marked the centennial of the author's birth.
