40 Minute Upper Body Push Pull Power Circuit Workout | POWER Day 10

Welcome to Day 10 of POWER!
Today we’re focusing on the upper body with this 40 minute Arm Push/Pull Power workout. This session is designed to help you build stronger arms, shoulders, chest, and back while challenging your endurance and keeping your body moving with strength and intention.

This workout uses a push/pull format to help you train the upper body in a balanced and effective way. You’ll be working through combinations that target your pressing muscles and pulling muscles so you can build strength, improve posture, and feel more powerful in your upper body. Using dumbbells and your own bodyweight, this workout is both practical and challenging for an at-home training session.

As you move through this workout, focus on control, good form, and staying connected to the muscles you’re working. You do not need to rush through — you just need to show up, stay steady, and give your best. Modifications are always encouraged, and I want you to move in a way that feels strong and sustainable for your body.

Strength is built one rep at a time. My prayer is that this workout encourages you to keep going, keep growing, and remember that God is strengthening you for every season.

Equipment: light, medium and heavy dumbbells, a mat, resistance loop or band, water and a sweat towel. I used 5lb to 25lb dumbbells today.

40 Minute Arms Push/Pull Workout (work for 45 seconds, rest for 20, rest between sets for 60 seconds, 3 rounds per circuit)
Circuit 1: Shoulder Press, Row, Pushups, Thrusters
Circuit 2: Chest Press, Pulldown, Back Flye, Speed Punches
Circuit 3: Deadbug, V-ups, Scissor Kicks
