Cad Bane Mouth "Fix" with VFX

I use the term "fix" loosely as I'm standing on the shoulders of geniuses and this video is not meant to be derogatory to anyone who worked on Cad Bane.
The crew at Lucasfilm did an amazing job creating the practical effects for Cad Bane in his live-action debut.
In a New Hope, Duros never spoke due to the limitations of the masks at the time. The only time Duros have spoken on screen prior was as CG characters. I wanted to know what Cad Bane might look like with his mouth appearing lower on his face (with the help of computer technology) to make him appear like previous renditions of Duros.
