a) Clean & Pause Squat (2 reps)
b) Double Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift (4 reps)
c) Double Hand Swing (8 reps)
d) Single Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift (16 reps)
e) Farmers Walk (100 ft.)
[Rest 2-3 Minutes Between Rounds - Perform 3 Rounds Total]
