Dear Builderman! Premiere Pro 19 hated this video. There were so many instances where its memory usage went haywire and tried to kill my PC and rendering was a huge pain in the ass because it kept stopping in the middle of the procress. Lets hope part 2 doesn't give me as much grief.

Yes, you guys asked for this and I did it. Hell, I was basically asking for this. There's currently 61 skills in this game, more than twice the number of perks, so I'm gonna need two videos to cover them all.
