Gimbal Max Speed, Smoothness and EXP settings:

Medium: 60, 15, 50
Fast: 10, 5, 40
Always decide on th goal and execution of your planned shots, decide on responsibilities, ensure that each crew member is ready verbally before takeoff and before beginning a shot, let each other know if you are rolling or cutting the camera or making any adjustments that might affect one another, and just be willing to go with the flow. Practice saying yes, work together and listen. Trust that your other crew member makes decisions with intent and understanding, so if they’ve asked you to change something, there’s probably a great reason why and your teamwork will show in the final footage.
