The Simpsons: Hit & Run - Game Introduction Comparison

A side by side comparison of the Game Introduction Movie made for the WIP version of the game compared to the final. Uploaded for use on TCRF: https://tcrf.net/Prerelease:The_Simpsons:_Hit_%26_Run#IGN_.28August_2003.29

There was one other cutscene roaming around from pre-release footage of SH&R on IGN's channel, and the comparison I did of Level 1's movie has been enjoying modest success recently, so I figured why the hell not do a comparison with that other cutscene? I'm a little more satisfied with this one because there's WAY more polish to the video this time around. I didn't just slap everything together in 10 minutes like I did with the other video. This one looks fancy.

Once again, audio is from the beta because pretty much everyone should be familiar with the final game audio. I tried to sync the two movies as best as I could.

List of general differences:
- The animation for the Wasp Cameras flying out of the beam is different, the most noticeable difference being the Wasp Cameras that swarm the screen up-close.
- The logo has different lettering as opposed to the final which resembles the one used on the show. The trademark symbol was swapped for a Copyright.
- There is additional lighting in the Beta, like on Bart in the family garage and Marge at the door.
- The family's models are very similar to their appearances in the cutscenes from The Simpsons: Road Rage, rather than the softer renditions seen in the final game.
- Homer gasps before destroying the wasp camera in the beta, and he takes a little longer to do so.
- The wasp has additional sound effects on its demise, like a low grumbling sound.
