Small Biz and Pandemic Policy: 3 Years Later | Adina Safta | Policy Pizza
Entrepreneur Adina Safta left corporate banking to help small businesses as a fractional CFO in early 2020, assisting them with growth and finance. But only months after this new venture, the pandemic hit and she found herself navigating the pros and cons of emergency funding via the SBA. She gives her take on the aftermath of the flurry of policymaking that culminated in the CARES Act and other legislation and shows how policies played out on the ground in our communities.
