French Women Don't diet? Then why are French women so thin? After living in France for a combined 14 years, we have seen our fair share of very slim French people and pretty average to overweight French people, too. But what we know for sure is that, in Paris, the VAST MAJORITY of French women and men are very slim, thin, slender, whatever you want to call it. So what is it about the French diet or, more particularly, the Parisian diet that is so effective? Well it's not ALL cigarettes and coffee, promise ;)

We decided to create an EAT LIKE A PARISIAN DIET CHALLENGE where we test out 5 key principles based on the best practices we've observed when it comes to Parisian women and their approach to food. We want to see if, by eating like they do, we can potentially lose weight and feel healthier!

But What does is mean exactly to Eat like the French? What you'll find in this video is that this is more about a French diet and LIFESTYLE than just a French diet for weight loss alone. It is a mindset shift - a very particular approach to eating and food. It's a philosophy for the long term, not a crash diet.
