Patapsco Valley SP: The Grist Mill Bridge

Minor corrections:

1. The "swinging bridge" is a mile downriver by Cascade Falls; it doesn't really swing, but it kinda vibrates and jiggles. It is also a bit shorter

2. The "First Thirteen Miles" to Ellicott City were completed in 1830, not 1832. Up to this point, the trains were actually carried with horsepower and not steam locomotives. The region's first locomotive, the Tom Thumb, was tested at this time
