Nic Vegter is a Dutch producer who started making music in the early 90s. He released tracks in all kinds of genres, from Euro dance to progressive house and from happy hardcore to RnB. He’s mostly known for his trance releases though. During the years he released music under names such as Solid Globe, Nickelson, Malgosia, Cyclone, The Infernal Machine, Classified Project and under his own name, Nic Vegter.

These days Nic is active as video editor for "Wie Is De Mol", which is one of the most popular TV shows in The Netherlands. In 2013 "Wie Is De Mol" won the "Golden Televizier-Ring", which is an important audience award that is presented to the TV program that is best appreciated by TV viewers in a given year.

For this week’s vlog I sat down with Nic, to ask him about the story behind “Ressurection”, the first release of Classified Project. But you will also hear more about how Nic's career started, we talk about his Top 5 hit in the Dutch charts, how he got a free Tiësto remix, his connection with Danski from the Vengaboys, Stay-C from Twenty 4 Seven and much more!
