Abdomen Skinfold

This video shows you how to mark and measure your client's abdominal skinfold site.

You can then use this measurement along with others, in several anthropometric methods such as Yuhasz (1982) or Jackson and Pollock (1978 & 1980) to determine your clients percent body fat.
