Pearl Demon Drive - Wood vs Felt Beaters

Recently picked up a wood beater to get a touch more attack on my recordings. The change is subtle but it's there.
The first set is with no EQ or compression - just a dry signal.
The second set is with slight EQ and compression. Both the wood and felt were done on the same track so any effects affect both.
The last part of the video has a quick A B comparison.
